YOGA Classes

Gentle, beginner friendly class. This class is designed to honor all body types and levels of flexibility. Class begins with a joint-freeing series that connects breath with gentle movement of all the joints.

This is followed by a series of classical yoga postures, using modifications when needed. Both floor and standing postures are combined with gentle stretching and strengthening movements to improve flexibility and balance. The class includes breathing techniques and ends with a full body guided relaxation.

The pace of the class is slow and rhythmic with an emphasis on deep relaxation in all of the postures.

There is an additional cost for this class.
