Welcoming Committee

New residents are welcomed to Greenbriar Woodlands first, with a New Resident Intake after your closing, then with a more in-depth orientation with the Property Manager and Welcoming Club member. It's at this time that you will learn more about your new community. And then, to round out your welcome, you are encouraged to attend your first (and free) Breakfast Social held once a month. After your closing, please call the front desk 732-286-6888, to schedule your New Resident Intake meeting. To this, you will need to bring:

1. your HUD closing document,
2. the Signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of our by-laws,
3. each residents' picture id ("(drivers license or passport)) and
4. the vehicle registrations for the vehicles you own and will use to access the front gate security system.

We apply the barcodes so the vehicle must be present for this to happen, either this day or within the next few days.
