Water Aerobics

Water aerobics runs 3 times a week, mornings, for 8 weeks in the summer.

Exercise includes cardio, balance, strength training and fun games for all levels and genders. Resident men and women are welcome.

There is a cost to participate in this program that is determined by the instructor and payable directly to the instructor.
