Osteo Rehab and Prevention

This class follows Tuft University's format to build bone density and strengthen primary muscles used in everyday activities for a functional lifestyle. Balance and stability training helps prevent falls and builds a more confident self on one's own two feet.

We meet two mornings per week.

Men and women are welcome.

There is an additional charge for this class, payable directly to the instructor.
