Cardio Drumming

We hold two stand alone sessions per week; one in the morning and one in the early evening.

Resident men and women are invited to join us in this fun exercise class.

Sign up is done on-line. Details are in the clubhouse.

If you have any health issues, it is advised that you seek clearance from your physician taking this low impact aerobic class. The instructor, also a resident, is volunteering her time to offer this class and she is not a certified teacher.

Wear your sneakers and comfortable clothes, bring a towel and a water bottle. Also bring a 65cm ANTI BURST yoga ball.

There is no charge and all residents are welcome.
