What Does My Monthly HOA Fee Cover?

• Lawn service: Cutting, edging, spring and fall clean-ups, and common grounds.
• Snow removal: When accumulation exceeds 2 inches, snow removal includes your driveway, the walkway from your driveway to your front door, and the front of your mailbox so the Postal Carrier can access it from the street.
• Maintenance of the Clubhouse, outdoor pool, golf course, and common grounds.
• Maintenance of the tennis, pickleball, bocce, and shuffleboard courts.
• Community bus: Service and maintenance.
• The Association’s general liability insurance coverage and professional services, including legal, engineering, auditor, managing agent, and staff.
• Monthly contribution to the replacement reserve.

How Can I Pay My Monthly Maintenance / HOA Payment?

You have several options:

1. Monthly Check
   Send a monthly check along with your monthly coupon statement.
2. Your Bank
   Arrange with your bank to send your payment each month.
3. ClickPay
   FirstService Residential suggests using its ClickPay option. Forms and additional information are available at the Front Desk. You may also call ClickPay at 1-888-354-0135 and follow the prompts.

How Can I Make Sure My Payment Changes if the HOA Fee Increases?

1. Coupon Statement
   Your coupon statement should reflect the most current HOA fee. Verify the amount when you receive it.
2. Bank Payments
   If your bank sends the payment, notify the bank of the new payment amount and when the change should begin so you do not incur late payment fees.
3. ClickPay
   When setting up ClickPay, you can choose a fixed payment amount or allow ClickPay to automatically update your payment to match the current HOA fee. ClickPay can also be used for a one-time payment. One-time payments may be charged a convenience fee, while automatic monthly payments do not have a convenience fee.
